You can't use anything that is not provided by yahoo avatar in your yahoo avatar.
Where do you find the avatars backgrounds and clothes that are not on the avatar page already?big brother myspace
There are some tabs at the top of the page that are kind of hard to notice at first. They have a lot of additional options.
