Google works really well, type in the desired subject and then select large images! it works quite well most of the time

For photo backgrounds? Try getting an ugly green sheet or photographing on plain backdrops which contrast- that way you can digitally edit the object and put it virtually anywhere :-)

or look for photographs that you like
